Department to take necessary steps for un-tagging and tagging the correct record as observed.

Learned counsel for the opposite party in CRR 165 of 2020 also submits that there is a talk of compromise going on between the parties and they need about a fortnight's time to effect the same. Accordingly, in presence of the learned counsel for both sides the matter be fixed on 8th February, 2023 for hearing.
