The petitioner was initially aggrieved by inaction on the Kanksa Police Station against his complaint. It is submitted that F.I.R. No. 299 of 2020 dated 23rd August, 2022 has been registered by the Kanksa Police Station.

The criminal aspects of the petitioner's grievance against the private respondents is addressed. The other disputes of the petitioner against the private respondents may be agitated before a civil court With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
