It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioners that the petitioner no.2 was permitted to sit in the First Semester Examination and her grievance has already been redressed. As regards petitioner no.1, she was unable to reach the examination centre.

It appears that the University has already published a notice on 23rd July, 2024 mentioning that the candidates who were permitted to sit for ongoing B.Ed. First Semester Examination as per order of the Hon'ble High Court, but, were unable to fill-up the examination form and were not able to remain present

in the examination centre will fill-up the offline exam form which will be sent to their college via mail and will be treated as enlisted candidates. Though the candidates were found absent, they can sit for the forthcoming B.Ed. examination and will not lose one session.

The petitioner no.1 may avail the benefit of the notice published by the University.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
