Mr. Robiul Islam, Sk. Jayed Hossain ...for the petitioner Mr. Jishnu Choudhury, Mrs. Amrita Panja Moulick ...for the State Counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR was registered in respect of the death of the petitioner's son, after six months of the petitioner's complaint, and that too after filing of the writ petition.

Counsel for the State submits that investigation has been completed and charge sheet No. 232 of 2022 dated April 17, 2022, under Sections 306 and 34 of the IPC has been filed against four persons.

The petitioner may take appropriate steps against the said charge sheet, inter alia, under Section 173(8) of the Cr. P.C.

In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the Inspector-inCharge, Raghunathgunj Police Station, Jangipur

Police District, Murshidabad, shall supply a copy of the charge sheet to the counsel for the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
