Case NO. 23 of 2013 dated 15.01.2013 under Sections 148/149/302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Uluberia, Howrah.

As none appears for the petitioner since the date of filing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
