The writ petition was already disposed of by an order dated 27.8.2025 directing inter alia, to complete the construction of the road within a period of 60 days from the date of the communication of the order in respect of plot No. 449, Mouza- Haripur, Purba Medinipore as prayed for in the main writ petition.

The matter was disposed of in presence of the parties.

The applicants being the respondent No. 6, 7 and 9 of the main writ petition filed an application for recalling and or setting aside the order dated 27.8.2025 on the ground that the petitioners have suppressed certain material facts and also made representations of such false statement.

In view of the above we find that the instant application is misconceived since it has already been indicated in the order that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and the parties are at liberty to agitate their issues before the appropriate forum.

The prayer for modification is rejected and the said application CAN 1 in WPA (P) 302 of 2025 is dismissed.
