The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding being No. 735 of 2019 under Section 144 Cr.P.C., pending before the learned Executive Magistrate, Bangaon, North 24 Parganas. As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Rita Datta, learned counsel for the State present in Court be appointed to represent the State in this case. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize her appointment. Considering the materials on record and the nature of the proceeding before the learned Executive Magistrate, Bongaon, this Court finds no irregularity in the order passed till the date of the revision. Accordingly, the present revisional application is disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
