This is an application for relaxation of conditions of bail. 2.

The petitioner had been granted bail by the learned Trial Court. The victim had applied for cancellation of bail, before this Court. A coordinate bench while refusing to cancel the bail imposed a condition restraining the petitioner from entering the jurisdiction of Khardah Police Station until further orders. The petitioner now seeks relaxation of this condition of bail.

The State is not represented.

The victim appears through learned Advocate and says that he has filed an application for cancellation of bail granted to the petitioner being filing No. F-4204 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024. 5.

Let this application be listed along with the other application mentioned above on 09.12.2024.

On that date we expect the State to be represented. Otherwise, we may have to proceed ex parte.
