1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the statement of the injured and the statement of the de facto complainant recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. directly implicating the petitioner for the alleged offence and also having regard to the nature of injury which appears to be grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
