In view of the writ petition being filed in violation of the writ rules disclosing the name of the victim of Section 376 in a writ petition, I am of the opinion that the writ petition is not maintainable. WPA 17690 of 2025 is dismissed.

Petitioner is granted liberty to adhere to the rules and file a fresh writ petition on the self-same issues.
