The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding being G.R. Case No. 448 of 2017 arising out of G(EB) 101/17 in connection with Hare Street P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017 dated 11.03.2017 under Sections 420/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 63/65 of the Copyright Act, pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta.

As none appears for the petitioner since the date of filing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
