1. In view of the innocuous nature of the prayer, no prior service of notice on the opposite parties is being directed.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in an eviction suit and is in his seventies. Although the applications under Sections 7(1) and 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 have been dismissed, the suit has not yet reached the stage of peremptory hearing.

3. Keeping in view of the advanced age of the petitioner and since the suit is of the year 2013, C. O. No. 2601 of 2024 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Second Court at Serampore, District- Hooghly, to dispose of Title Suit No. 52 of 2013, pending before the said court, as expeditiously as

possible, positively within the month of December, 2025.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. The parties and all concerned shall act on the server copy of this order for the purpose of compliance without insisting upon prior production of the certified copy thereof.
