The present revisional application has been preferred against the order in connection with NDPS case no. 294 of 2016 arising out of Islampur P.S. Case No. 370 of 2016 dated 23rd October, 2016, pending before the learned 2nd Additional District Judge (Special Court under the NDPS Act) at Berhampore, Murshidabad.

As none appears for the petitioners since the date of filing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
