Mr. Goutam Malik ... ... for the petitioner Ms. Amrita Jewari ... ... for the State Mr. Malik, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 11th September, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 11th September, 2025, it is revealed that in the fifth and tenth line of the third paragraph of the first page instead of "2019" in the instant writ petition, it should be read as "2009" and in the sixth line of the second paragraph of the second page instead of "14.02.2020" it should be read as "19.05.2009". The other portion of the order dated 11th September, 2025 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
