1. Petitioners have filed the present writ petition, being aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in not conducting the election for reconstitution of the Board of Directors of Gazna Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Limited having its office at P.O & P.S Hanskhali, Nadia.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 submits that they are ready and willing to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.4.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that election has already been conducted and the present writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
