Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite having objected to an electric connection being taken over the petitioner's land, the respondent no.3 has not dealt with the representation given by the petitioner on November 23, 2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 to 3 contends that the objection was taken on the very date on which the connection was given. In such view of the matter, WPA No.18886 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to consider and decide on the representation of the petitioner, annexed at page-22 of the writ petition

(Annexure-P3), upon giving opportunity of hearing to the interested parties, within four weeks from date. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
