The affidavit of service is taken on record.

The dispute in the writ petition relates to a One Time Settlement entered into between the petitioners and the respondent Bank and an amount relating to delayed payment on interest.

By a communication dated 31st July, 2021 from the Bank to the petitioners it was stated that an amount of Rs.14,67,846/- is due from the petitioners as delayed payment interest out of which the petitioners have paid only Rs.4 lacs. The petitioners are willing to pay the amount mentioned in the Bank's communication dated 31st July, 2021.

It appears from the document that the Bank extended the time for the petitioners to pay the certain amounts till 31st July, 2021.

Since the petitioners are willing to pay the amount Rs.14,67,846/- in full to the Bank, W.P.A.18,199 of

2022 is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to pay the aforesaid amount within a week from today and on the Bank to accept this amount from the petitioners. Any other conditions shall be communicated by the Bank to the petitioners. It is further made clear that the Bank shall release the Title Deeds and issue a 'No Dues Certificate' to the petitioners upon the payment being received from the petitioners.
