The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit 82 of 2008 pending before the Learned Civil Judge (sr. divn.), 2nd Court, Barasat.

It appears that almost 17 years have passed and the suit for partition is still pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even the matter relating to hearing of the Commissioner's report is going on for the last 5 years. 4.

Considering the relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to conclude the hearing as to acceptance of the Commissioner's report within three months from the date of this order and also proceed to dispose of the partition suit expeditiously preferably within one year from the date of this order, considering the stage of trial.

CO 2603 of 2024 is disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
