Ms. Mekhla Sinha Ms. M. Roy Dey .... For the Howrah Zilla Parishad. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 14th June, 2024.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the private respondents have carried out unauthorized construction of one storied pacca structure at the subject premises without obtaining any sanction or lawful permission. Notwithstanding, the representation dated 14th June, 2024, the concerned respondents have taken no steps to dispose of the same.

The Howrah Zilla Parishad is represented and submits that there is no allegation in sofar as they are concerned and all allegations pertain to the concerned Panchayat.

behalf.

In view of the above, WPA 18602 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 6 who is the Pradhan of the concerned Panchayat to consider and dispose of the representation dated 14th June, 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and in accordance with law after giving right of hearing to all the parties. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no. 6 is to act strictly in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made in this order and after hearing all the affected parties.
