Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering his representation dated 25th April, 2023 made before the respondent authority concerned against the grievance of blocking of his Electronic Credit Ledger. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 17828 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking

order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.
