The record of the revisional application reflects that by a judgment and order dated 12th June, 2019 a co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to dismiss the revisional application. In spite of the same, the revisional application appeared in the list on 18th April, 2022. As such, this court released the matter on personal ground. Inadvertently, the judgement and order dated 12th June, 2019 was not brought to the notice of this court. Accordingly, the order dated 18th April, 2022 is recalled. As the revisional application has been dismissed and disposed of, no order need be passed in this revisional application. Let the record of this revisional application be sent to the Department.
