Das, learned Advocate representing the petitioner by placing before this court the judgment and order dated 22nd November, 2022 passed by the Division Bench of this court in MAT 1592 of 2022, submits that challenging the refusal on the part of the coordinate Bench of this court to grant interim relief an appeal had been preferred before the Division Bench of this court.

The Division Bench while hearing out the said appeal, had been, inter alia, pleased to dispose of the writ petition itself.

In view thereof, by retaining the order dated 22nd November, 2022 passed by the Division Bench of
