Writ petition along with contempt application being CPAN 1596 of 2004 and another application being IA No. 1/2005 (Old No. CAN 1554 of 2005) are taken up for hearing when no one appears for the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for either. Same situation prevailed on 16th December, 2021 when the matter was called on for hearing.

It appears that the writ petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition, contempt application and another application being CAN 1554 of 2005 stand dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
