Mr. Samim Ahamed Mr. Arka Ranjan Bhattacharya Ms. Gulsanwara Pervin Ms. Reshma Khatun ..for the petitioners Mr. Sumon Ghosh Mr. Ziaul Haque ... for the State Report submitted by the State is taken on record. It appears that FIRs were registered pursuant to complaints lodged by the petitioners as well as the private opposite parties. Investigation was held and charge sheet has been submitted in both the cases.

The petitioners seek liberty to assail the FIR lodged by the private opposite parties before the appropriate forum. Such liberty is granted.

Since both the investigations have culminated in charge sheets, no fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping the writ petition pending. However, the 5th respondent is directed to render security and assistance to the petitioners as and when required.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
