This application under Article of the Constitution of India has been filed by the defendant no.10/petitioner for expeditious disposal of the title suit pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghatal.

It is submitted that a partition suit has been filed in 2013 and an order of injunction is also passed in favour of the plaintiffs, which is still continuing and the last date is fixed on May 21, 2025 only for extension of interim order.

In support of his contention, he has annexed the certified copy of the order sheet of such proceeding. 4.

Heard the submission of the learned advocate. Considering the materials on record and the various orders passed on different dates and the long pendency of the matter, the learned Trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5.

It is further observed that since the order is passed in absence of the opposite party, this Court has

refrained from making any observation regarding merit of the case.

C. O. No.2632 of 2024 is disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the learned Trial Court for doing the needful.
