In Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973;

In the matter of : Sadhan Saha. ...petitioner. The present revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 06.01.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Barrackpore, Distrct-North 24 Parganas in Case No.M-46/2011 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Records reflect that the learned Magistrate by way of interim maintenance granted Rs.2,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.1,000/- per month to the minor child to be paid till the disposal of the case.

Having regard to the quantum so awarded during the pendency of the final proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and that the revisional application is pending for about nine years before this Court without any information being furnished regarding the present stage of the proceedings, I do not find that it would be fit and proper to interfere at this belated stage.

Accordingly, CRR 2468 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
