Learned advocate for the State Sk. Mujibar Rahman assisted by Mr. Raja Ram Banerjee has submitted that D. I. has performed its part and has sent the papers to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance being the respondent no.4 who is the pension sanctioning authority.

Hence, I direct the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance to take appropriate steps so that pension is paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above direction this writ application is disposed of.
