ct. no. 34 CRR 2472 of 2012 (via video conference) Sri Prem Kumar Sikdar -Vs- Smt. Rupa Sikdar The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 30.3.2012 passed by the Ld. Additional Session Judge, 3rd Court, Hooghly, in Criminal Appeal No.22 of 2011 in connection with the order dated 24.5.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate in M.C. no.85 of 2011 under Section 12 of the Protection of the Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. I have perused the order passed by the Ld. Magistrate as well the Ld. Appellate Court. I find no illegality in the order passed by the appellant for directing to pay sum of Rs.2,000/- per month towards medical and other expenses.

Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the Ld. Appellant Court, I am of the view no interference is called for. Accordingly, the CRR 2472 of 2012 is dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

The opposite party will be entitled to recover the arrears by taking appropriate application before the Ld. Magistrate. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
