The instant writ petition has been preferred for necessary direction upon the concerned authority against the decision of refusal of allocation of wheat in favour of the petitioners' Flour Mill. It appears that by virtue of direction of Hon'ble Division Bench, the authority concerned was proceeded to allocate the quota of wheat in favour of the petitioners' Flour Mill. During the pendency of the instant writ petition one inspection was conducted regarding the packaging capacity and other capacity of the petitioners. The authority has been properly conducted the enquiry and the bank guarantee has already been submitted with the authority concerned.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authority has already allocated the quota of wheat for the month of October 2024 in favour of the petitioners.

Considering the entire situation, it appears to me that the state authority has acted according to the direction of this court as well as the direction of Division Bench of this Court. I find no justification to pass any further order of direction upon the respondent authority. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the state authority to continue allocation of wheat in favour of the petitioners' Flower Mill according to the agreement.
