1. It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner that he was appointed as Branch Relationship Manager at the Muthoot Microfin Ltd. (Farakka MML) and he is innocent and falsely implicated in the instant case and he has annexed certain documents in order to show that he has already transferred the amount collected to the person named therein.

Carefully perused the materials on record from the Case Diary and the statements of various other witnesses recorded under Section 180 of the B.N.S.S. and the involvement of the present petitioner and the role played by him in collecting money, prima facie, certain incriminating materials available against him. Furthermore, he has not complied with Section 35(3) of the B.N.S.S.
3. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Prosecution raises strong objection.
4. Heard the submission of both the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as for the prosecution. On perusal of
certain documents as annexed with the petition and considering the amount involved in this matter, this Court finds custodial interrogation of the present petitioner may not be necessary in this case.
5. In view of the above, the prayer of the present petitioner for granting anticipatory bail stands allowed.
6. Accordingly, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to fulfillment of certain conditions other than compliance of the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. and on further condition that the petitioner shall meet with the Investigating Officer once in a week till the conclusion of investigation and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on the dates fixed for appearance and not to leave the jurisdiction with the permission of the learned Court and shall cooperate with the investigating authority as and when required, in default, the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioner in Court. In default of any of the conditions, the Prosecution will be at liberty to pray for cancellation of bail.
8. The investigating authorities may look into the documents annexed by the petitioner and to find veracity of the same.
9. Thus, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
10. Accordingly, the application being, C.R.M. (A) 2766 of 2025 stands disposed of.
11. At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the learned advocate for the petitioner that the G.R. number has been wrongly noted in the bail petition. Learned Public Prosecutor has produced the correct G.R. number before this Court.
12. Accordingly, liberty is given to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner to correct the G.R. number in the bail petition.
13. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
