The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Jagaddal Police Station dated 24.07.2023 to the aforesaid context be kept on record.

The learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the opposite party no. 2 are present in Court.

Both the learned advocates concede to the fact that the instant revisional application has become infructuous and should be disposed of.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is disposed of. The application being CRAN 1 of 2012 (Old CRAN 482 of 2012) is also disposed of.
