The matter has appeared in the list for incorporating the name of the learned advocate representing the Election Commission of India in the order dated 5th September, 2023.

The name of the respondent has been wrongly mentioned in the cause title of the said order. The correct respondent will be 'The Election Commission of India & Ors' in place and instead of The State of West Bengal & Ors.

Be it recorded that Mr. Anuran Samanta, learned advocate appeared on behalf of the Election Commission of India on 5th September, 2023.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order at once.
