1. Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the Title Suit No. 139 of 2012 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 3rd Court at Howrah was dismissed for default. Since the said suit was dismissed for default, this revision application has become infructuous.

2. The petitioner is granted liberty that if the order of dismissal is recalled, the petitioner may pray for recalling the order passed today.

3. In view of the above, CO 2607 of 2024 stands disposed of along with CAN 1 of 2024.
