The report filed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur dated 24.8.2023 stated that the Special trial No. 2/04 arising out of Kotwali PS case 55/2001 dated 22.2.2001 has been disposed of and the present petitioner has been acquitted from all the charges under Section 409/34 of the IPC and under Section 120B of the IPC. Let the said report be kept with the record. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
