1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record.

2. The writ petition being WPA 18632 of 2024 was dismissed for default on 20th November, 2024.

3. By the present applications, the applicant seeks for restoration of the writ petition upon condonation of delay.

4. Mr. S.E. Huda, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the learned Advocate could not appear when the matter was taken up by the Hon'ble Court, which resulted in dismissal of the writ petition. He seeks for restoration of the writ petition upon recalling the order of dismissal upon condonation of delay.

5. Learned Advocate for the State as well as learned Advocate for the Board leaves the matter to the discretion of this Court.

6. Upon going through the averments made in the applications, it is found that cause shown is sufficient to restore the writ petition by recalling order of dismissal upon condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration.

7. Accordingly, order of dismissal dated 20th November, 2024 is recalled.

8. The writ petition being WPA 18632 of 2024 is restored to its original file and number.

9. The applications being CAN 2 of 2025 and CAN 1 of 2025 stand disposed of.

10. Though service has been effected, however, for convenience, learned Advocate for the applicantpetitioner is directed to serve copy of the applications for restoration as well as condonation of delay upon the learned Advocate for the State.

11. Mr. Huda, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks extension of time to file exception to the report filed by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

12. Let such exception be filed within a period of three weeks from date.

13. List this matter after three weeks under the heading 'Hearing'.
