1. Heard the submissions of both the learned Prosecution as well as the Defence counsel.
2. Perused the materials in the case diary.
3. The prayer for anticipatory bail has been made on the ground of parity as the other two co-accused persons are already granted the benefit of section 482 of the BNSS by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
4. On careful perusal of the materials from the written complaint and the verification report of the birth certificate of the present petitioner, appearing at page 124 of the case diary and further considering the fact that other co-accused persons were already granted the benefit of section 482 of BNSS, this Court is inclined to
grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to fulfillment of conditions stipulated in Section 482(2) of BNSS.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to section 482(2) of BNSS and on further condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating officer and to appear before the investigating officer, as and when required.
