1. Inadvertent typographical error crept in Judgment dated 25.01.2024.

2. In the 3rd line of the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 25.01.2024 "28.05.2011" shall be read as "28.07.2011 and in the 3rd line of the 8th paragraph "28.05.2011" shall be read as "28.07.2011".

3. Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

4. Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 25.01.2024.

5. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
