Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.VII (VII) of 2023. The petitioner failed to appear before the learned Trial Court on 28th November, 2023 without any steps for which warrant of arrest was issued against him.

The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned Trial Court within seven days from date. The petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Trial Court within seven days from date and file application for bail before the learned Trial Court, which shall be considered by the learned Trial Court, in accordance with law.

The warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner vide order dated 28th November, 2023 is stayed till 4th October, 2024.

In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned Trial Court within the stipulated time frame

the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 3036 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
