1. Claiming parity with the co-accused, Chandani Khatun @ Chandni & Ors. in CRM (A) 2256 of 2024 who have been granted anticipatory bail on 9th July, 2024, the prayer for anticipatory bail is made on behalf of the present petitioners.

2. The learned Counsel for the State submits that the present petitioners stand on the same footing as that of Chandani Khatun @ Chandni & Ors., save and except, they are all male members.

3. We have perused the case diary and we are of the view that the present petitioners stand on the same footing as that of Chandani Khatun @ Chandni & Ors., moreover, the chargesheet has already been filed, we are of the view that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, Taslim Rajak @ Razak Taslim, Abdul Rajak @ Abul Kalam, Setabul Rajak @ Satabuddin, Tanbir Rajak, Mustak Rajak @ Mustak Alam, Estab Rajak @ Estaf Ali, Selim Rajak, Aslam Rajak, Mujlim Rajak @ Majmul Razok, Jabbar Rajak and Hakim Rajak, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

5. It is further directed that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chanchal at Malda in connection with G.R. Case No.3133 of 2023 within two weeks from date.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
