It appears from the order dated 09.02.2018 that the present revisional application was disposed of on merit by this Court. Despite that an application was taken out at the behest of the petitioner being CAN/1/2018 (Old No.:CAN/2193/2018 with a prayer for recalling the order of dismissal dated 09.02.2018 passed by this Court. It appears from the order dated 9.2.2018 that the revisional application was decided and disposed of on merit and it was not a simplicitor dismissed for default. Accordingly, the application being CAN/1/2018 (Old No.:CAN/2193/2018) is not at all tenable under the eye of law.

Anyway, despite the order passed by this Court the matter is listed for hearing. So, there is no need to pass any order in connection with this revisional application.

Department should be more cautious in future in listing the matter when it is apparent from the order sheet that the case has already been disposed of on merit.
