It appears after hearing submissions made on behalf of all the parties that a Public Interest Litigation on similar cause of action is pending consideration

before the Hon'ble Division Bench presided over by the Hon'ble Chief Justice.

The order passed in the said PIL may provide relief to the petitioners herein.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is not entertained at all.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
