Mina ... ...for the State Mr. Ashim Kumar Rauth Ms. Anindita Auddy (Das) Mr. Subhyan Barik ... ...for the respondent nos.6 and 7 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that respondent nos.6 and 7 having no legal right or title had suddenly entered into the scheduled property of the petitioner by force and when the petitioner protested against such unlawful obstruction, the petitioner and his family members were subjected to physical assault and filthy languages by respondent nos.6 and 7.

Learned counsel appearing for the State files a report and from the report it can be seen that complaint lodged by the petitioner before Officer-inCharge, Sagar Police Station, Suderban Police District has been looked into by the police authorities and they have already initiated necessary steps by way of proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent nos.6 and 7 submits that the case is a purely a civil dispute and the police authorities should not interfere with the same.

Heard the parties at length.

As police authorities have already taken steps, they are further requested to keep a strict vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place. The surveillance by the police authorities shall also include frequent visit by police patrols to locale as and when required.

With the above direction the writ petition being WPA 18622 of 2024 is disposed of.

No order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
