1. Heard the submissions of both the learned advocates appearing for the parties. Perused the Case Diary.

2. On considering the materials from the Case Diary as well as perusing the statement of various witnesses including the injured made under Section 180 of the B.N.S.S. coupled with the injury report from the Case Diary and further considering the medical papers, which shows the nature of injury sustained, this Court finds sufficient incriminating materials exists against the petitioner.

3. Therefore, considering the seriousness of the allegations, this Court finds no reason to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail and the same stands rejected.

4. Accordingly, the application being, CRM (A) 2774 of 2025 stands dismissed.
