It appears that by order dated August 25, 2023, the Additional District Judge, 6th Court, Alipore, 24 Parganas (South) recalled the order of stay passed on July 14, 2023 in connection with Misc. Case No. 321 of 2023, arising out of Misc. Case No. 222 of 2021, both filed in connection with Matrimonial Suit No. 854 of 2021.

As the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing remains to be decided in this revisional application. The learned court shall dispose of the review application within 10 days from the next date fixed, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. Upon disposal of the review application, the execution case shall proceed expeditiously, in accordance with law.

This court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter claims of the parties.

In view of such disposal, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2023 stands also disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
