The prayer for clubbing the investigation in Alipore Police Station Case No. 15 of 2021 with Kalighat police Station Case No.78 of 2021 and further prayer for a direction upon the same SIT to investigate into both the cases cannot be allowed as the investigation of Alipore Police Station Case No.15 of 2021, has been concluded.

Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 6 submits

that such prayer also could not have been allowed in view of the fact that the contents of the complaint which gave rise to the registration of Kalighat Police Station Case no.78 of 2021, were completely different and the sections incorporated were not same.

This writ petition is thus disposed of without any orders.

The remedies of the parties before the appropriate forum/court, are kept open.

The observations made in this order shall not have any prejudicial affect on any other proceeding. This court has not gone into the factual aspects pleaded in the writ petition.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
