The petitioner alleges that a criminal case was registered by the private respondent against the petitioner for which CID is pressurizing and harassing the petitioner. Prayer has been made to restrain the CID.

There is nothing on record to suggest that the CID is putting any pressure upon the petitioner for any reason.

It has been submitted that a civil suit in between the petitioner and the private respondent is pending consideration.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by observing that it will be open for the parties to approach the competent forum in accordance with law for remedy, if so advised.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
