As this application is directed for expeditious disposal of complaint case No.C/9368/2014 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 17th Court, Calcutta, this court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by directing service of notice upon the opposite parties.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the examination of chief of the witness of the complainant were complete in the year 2019 thereafter during pendency of the cross examination in the said year the accused opposite party absconded and till today the warrant has not been executed. Learned advocate submits that unless there is a direction for expeditious disposal upon completion of the execution of the warrant, the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and injury. In the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed with a request upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 17th Court, Calcutta to dispose of complaint case No.C/9368/2014 expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the

next date fixed and take all necessary step so that earlier order regarding execution of the warrant is complied with. This application stands disposed of.
