The application filed by the petitioners seeking mutation on separation in respect of the Premises No. 35/4, Pudda Pukur Road, Ward No. 69, Borough-VIII is pending consideration for a considerable period of time. In view of the order that I propose to pass, none of the non-appearing parties will be prejudiced if the writ petition is disposed of in the following manner. The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioners in Form A-42 and the representation filed on 20th December, 2018 in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of communication of this order. Consequential step, if any, shall be taken immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the Form A-42 and the representation dated 20th December, 2018 to the

aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
