1. The order dated 6th March, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the fifth line of the first paragraph of the second page of the order dated 6th March, 2024, the expression "the next date of retirement of the petitioner" shall stand corrected to read as "the date after the petitioner's husband went missing".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 6th March, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 6th March, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
