State of West Bengal (Via Video Conference) As per order dated 15th March, 2021 the S.O., Criminal Appeal Section intimated Mr. Pinak Mitra, advocate on record for the appellant that the matter is running in the list. He informed the department that he has retired from the brief issuing 'no objection certificate' to the appellants.

In CRA 451 of 2015 the appellants are on bail but in CRA 450 of 2015 the appellants are in custody. It is also found from the order sheet that Mr. Milon Mukherjee, learned senior advocate represented the appellants in both the appeals.

Sreyashee Biswas, advocate be appointed to represent the appellants in both the appeals from the panel of High Court Legal Aid Services Committee.

The Registrar, Original Side is requested to regularize the appointment of Sreyashee Biswas, advocate on behalf of the appellants.
